Guest Comments: Bass steady all week - mostly 14-17". Walleye were tough most of the week, though most were good size - average 20". 38" northern caught right by the cabin. Walleye seemed to like nightcrawlers best. Bass hit anything in front of them. There is a new fishing champ - the student has become the master!!

Life is good.

Lake: Grant Lake

Dates: 6/26 - 6/30/2011

Group Name: Christianson

Guest Comments: Fishing was good the first day - lots of good smallies, a great 30-inch trout, good size northerns - all over the lake, but best luck right across the cabin near the Manitou rapids and under the Manitou rapids.  Weather moved in that night and fishing slowed down the rest of the week, but below the Manitou rapids was automatic all week.  Guys to did the Napanee portage loved it - good action there all week.  Great camp, gear, cabin - as always a first-class outfit.  We will be back next year!

All walleyes caught on jigs with leeches. Big walleyes(20-24") caught in main body of lake 13'-20' deep off points. Northern fishing was tough with only one going over 30".
